Not Only the Upper Arch

Smile aesthetics are largely influenced by the upper teeth. True. However, durign simple speaking activity and especially with advancing of age, the lower incisors often become more visible than we realize. For this reason, the mandibular arch also deserves careful attention.

In this case, dental wear, increased spaces between the teeth, and calculus accumulation had compromised the aesthetics and harmony of the lower arch. A conservative treatment with direct composite resin restorations, composite veneers, and diastema closure procedure made it possible to restore a more balanced, aesthetic, and functional appearance.



Beyond the visual improvement, the treatment also aimed to create a situation that is easier for the patient to maintain with daily oral hygiene, an essential condition for the long-term stability of any dental treatment.
