Porcelains veneers
Porcelain
veneers
Porcelain veneers are thin restorations which replace enamel
on the buccal surface of anterior teeth. They allow major
tooth color & shape corrections to be performed with
minimal tissue sacrifice or risk for the vitality of the tooth. Another
advantage of porcelain veneers is the absence of framework,
which allows for optimal light transmission and therefore
superb aesthetic results. Veneers are however to be placed
mainly on vital, non or only slightly discoloured teeth.
